In my life I need to make a shrewd decision
In a way that I can hold a considerable portion
But sometimes it was so unclear
Because I let others make me felt so unfair

If I am standing on the zenith of the mountain
I always would be looking what I will gain
Knowing myself better than ever
Will lead me to an excellent journey forever

Oftentimes I ride on a petite trip
That make me paused as if something drips
Evaluating precisely for my destiny
Will be like a day when the sun is shinning

Someone has said attitude determines altitude
It is really accurate in the minds of multitude
My values and belief system affect my being
That I think sometimes the best solution is fleeing

Hidden treasures founded from the Creator
Letting Him be my life’s operator
Applying the principles of divinity as my lifestyle
These will give me hope and a bright future!

Thank you, Lord for a new day afresh!
Like the morning breeze of the sea
You, O Sovereign God, made everything that move
In this small world where your creations can groove!

Thank You, Lord for a new family!
That reflects Your Mercy and Grace
O Sovereign Father, all You made perfect!
In displaying Your divine power of building relationships

Thank You, Lord for a new covenant!
That brought my life to the fullest.
In You, O Sovereign Lord, I put my love and trust.
With the spirit of obedience I will abide!

Life’s Full of Challenge, Yet That Satisfying

Radiant sun behind the clouds of sunset
About to embrace the darkness
In the community of creation
Resting and sleeping are in motion

Precious life that is covered by affliction
Do something to create a powerful action
Looking forward to have a reason for living
Anticipating a meaningful and fruitful thriving

Though sometimes I was puzzled
Keep on keeping on despite of hassles
Godliness, gratefulness and gladness arise in my heart
At least I have done my best on my part

Who Does What

A man and his wife were having an argument about who should brew the coffee each morning. The wife said, "You should do it because you get up first, and then we don't have to wait as long to get our coffee. The husband said, "You are in charge of cooking around here and you should do it, because that is your job, and I can just wait for my coffee ." Wife replies, "No, you should do it, and besides, it is in the Bible that the man should do the coffee." Husband replies, "I can't believe that, show me." So she fetched the Bible, and opened the New Testament and showed him at the top of several pages, that it indeed says .......... "HEBREWS"

Husband vs. Wife

A couple drove down a country road for several miles, not saying a word. An earlier discussion had led to an argument and neither of them wanted to concede their position. As they passed a barnyard of mules, goats, and pigs, the husband asked sarcastically, "Relatives of yours?" "Yep," the wife replied, "in-laws."

The Silent Treatment

A man and his wife were having some problems at home and were giving each other the silent treatment. Suddenly, the man realized that the next day, he would need his wife to wake him at 5:00 AM for an early morning business flight. Not wanting to be the first to break the silence (and LOSE), he wrote on a piece of paper, "Please wake me at 5:00 AM ." He left it where he knew she would find it. The next morning, the man woke up, only to discover it was 9:00 AM and he had missed his flight. Furious, he was about to go and see why his wife hadn't wakened him, when he noticed a piece of paper by the bed. The paper said, "It is 5:00 AM . Wake up."

Wedding Vows

During the wedding rehearsal, the groom approached the pastor with an unusual offer: "Look, I'll give you $100 if you'll change the wedding vows. When you get to the part where I'm supposed to promise to love, honor, obey and be faithful to her forever, I'd appreciate it if you'd just leave that part out.He passed the minister a $100 bill and walked away satisfied.On the day of the wedding, when it came time for the grooms vows, the pastor looked the young man in the eye and said: "Will you promise to prostrate yourself before her, obey her every command and wish, serve her breakfast in bed every morning of your life, and swear eternally before God and your lovely wife that you will not ever even look at another woman, as long as you both shall live?"The groom gulped and looked around, and said in a tiny voice, "Yes", then leaned toward the pastor and hissed: "I thought we had a deal!"The pastor put a $100 bill into the grooms hand and whispered: "She made me a better offer."

However, it’s just a matter of choice
Emotions can affect my poise
But doing the right thing is the best
In conquering my life’s quest

Saying that every time I am so vigorous
But I always catch myself being callous
Similar situations like the shadows of yesterday
Means I should live day by day

A chance given to renew and refresh
Obedience revealed outcome’s indeed lavish
